Chicken Tandoori Pizza
Looking for a new way to enjoy pizza? This Tandoori Chicken Pizza combines the warm spices of Indian cooking with the classic taste of a cheesy pizza. With tender marinated chicken, a lightly spiced sauce, and a refreshing mint yoghurt topping, it’s a simple and tasty twist on a favourite meal.

Ingredients
4x 180g Pizza dough balls
2x Chicken fillets
200ml Pizza sauce
80g Tandoori paste
200ml Natural yoghurt
280g Grated mozzarella
5g Chopped mint
2x Plum tomatoes
1x Small red onion
The method
1. Add 100ml natural yoghurt and 40g of Tandoori Paste to the chicken fillets, mix and retain on one side for 4 hours to marinade.
2. Cut plum tomatoes into wedges and thinly slice the red onion. Mix the chopped mint with the remaining yoghurt and retain to one side. Add the remaining Tandoori Paste to the pizza sauce and mix.
3. Grill or oven bake the chicken fillets until cooked and chop into cubes.
4. To make the pizzas, flour the baking tray and roll out the dough into 8 inch circles. Then place the dough on the baking tray.
5. Spoon on the Tandoori mix to cover the bases, then top equally with cubed chicken and mozzarella, and bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 9 minutes.
6. Remove the pizza from the tray and slice into 4 triangles. Garnish with red onion, plum tomatoes and mint yoghurt.
7. Enjoy!
